Always home

Clicking the Waymaker logo at the top of the navigation bar will always take you to your homepage.

Navigating the platform

To navigate between platform modules, click the name of the module on the navigation bar. The module title of the module you are currently viewing will have a gray background blue. In the example below, we're on the homepage.

User settings

In the top right of screen you will find your user settings button, click this to open the user settings menu. From here you can view your profile, turn onboarding tips on and off, provide feedback direct to our Waymaker support, reset your password or logout.

If you are an admin, this is where you can access the admin center.

Help

Clicking the help button displays a list of help articles and videos that relate to the module you are currently in. For example, if you were in the tasks module, you would see help articles and videos that relate to the task module. In the example below we're on the home page so the list of help articles relates to the home page and some fundamentals.

You can also access Waymaker's knowledgebase and contact support directly.

Feed

Your feed is a list of system notifications about anything on the platform that relates to you. Goal updates, outcome updates, task and task board updates. Clicking on a feed item will redirect you to the relevant module. If the notification is a goal update for example, you will be redirected to the roadmap tool and the goal detail page will open to display that goal.

Quick actions

We're all about productivity at waymaker. So we've given you some quick actions that you can access anywhere on the platform.  

Create a quick action goal or task by using the quick action buttons in the top right hand corner of the screen.
